The Ukrainian President, Viktor Iuşcenko, will participate to the NATO Summit in Bucharest, from April 2 to 4, announced Oleksandr Cealii, deputy head of the president’s chancellery, quoted by the online page of Forum agency.
“The NATO Summit shall be the moment of truth for the relationship between Ukraine and NATO", said Mr. Cealii, underlining that there are no reasons for rejecting the signature of the Action Plan for Ukraine’s accession to the North Atlantic Alliance.
"There is no doubt and we consider that all the reasons are here for a positive answer", assured the Ukrainian official.
