MEDIA ANNOUNCEMENT
A second media announcement for the journalists seeking accreditation to the NATO Summit was posted on the NATO Summit website and on the NATO website.

- Facilities for the media representatives
- Procedural aspects
- Program aspects    
 
We remind you that:

1. Accreditation procedure for the media representatives wishing to cover the NATO Summit is underway, and can only be made on-line via internet, by clicking on the following link: https://my.hq.nato.int/jas.
Accreditation is carried out directly by NATO.
 
2. Applications for accreditation should be made no later than 19h00 on Saturday, 29 March 2008. No accreditation confirmations will be sent.  
 
3. After having sent the application request to NATO, each solicitant will receive request confirmation, which is advisable to be presented when picking up the media passes at the Media Accreditation Office.

 4. The Media Accreditation Office will function in a structure located in Izvor Park, Bucharest, starting 28 April (according to the program included in the Media Advisory). Media representatives will receive the program of the events upon receipt of their media pass.  
 
5. The Media Centre will open on 31 March and will function in the Izvor wing of the Palace of Parliament (according to the program included in the Media Advisory).
