The Conference: «REGIONAL SECURITY, ENERGETIC SECURITY AND NATO: FUTURE PROBLEMS AND POSSIBILITIES»
The more and more limited energetic global resources indicate the topic of the energetic security as one of the main challenges of this century. In this context, the debate on the energetic security at Black Sea becomes more and more necessary. The Black Sea, bordering Romania, has a strategic position in assuring the transport of energetic resources from the Caspian Sea to Europe.
In order to realize a public debate on this subject, but also to identify a possible solution, the Euro-Atlantic Romania Council (CEAR), through EURISC Foundation (European Institute for Risk, Security an Communication Management) together with Royal United Services Institute - Londra (RUSI), in partnership with State Major of The Army and Ministry of Foreign Affairs organizes the Conference "Regional Security, Energetic Security and NATO: futures problems and possibilities".
The event will take place in period close to the NATO Summit held in Bucharest, and will benefit by the participation of NATO and European Commission representatives, experts in energetic problematic, representatives of Non-Governmental Organizations, analysts and political leaders.
