PM Tariceanu, pleased with the NATO Summit Organization
Arrived, Tuesday, at the Palace of Parliament, in order to see on the spot how the halls hosting the Alliance Summit were prepared, Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu declared himself pleased with what he saw at the Palace of Parliament. "I can tell you that I am impressed of the dimensions of the organizing element. In addition to the large number of officials, there is also a large number of journalists and other participants. The way I see things, everything was thoroughly prepared. I can't help notice the amplitude of the preparations, which surpass the organizational level of the previous summits", the Head of Government said.
Calin Popescu-Tariceanu also visited the Press Accreditation Centre in Izvor Park, where he was shown, among other things, the souvenirs given to the journalists covering the event. In order to reach the pavilion installed in Izvor Park, the Prime Minister traveled by bus, together with the journalists. The Prime Minister visited also the traditional art exposition organized at the Parliament Palace and he was offered by the artists with a cross and a fridge magnet made of clay that said "Happy Summit!".
