Russia is plagued with terrorist attacks, and this is an element shared with NATO. Why is it that we cannot get out of the Cold War logic?Who can imagine that NATO will be attacking the Russian Federation?' Basescu wondered.He also wondered about who stands to gain from statements such as that Russia would zero in its missiles on Ukraine as Ukraine is getting closer to NATO. 'Russia should quit seeing NATO as a threat,' Basescu emphasised.
