The visa waiver for the Romanians traveling to the United States will be discussed on Wednesday during the talks Romanian President Traian Basescu will hold in the Black Sea resort of Neptun, south-eastern Romania, with US President George W. Bush.
'Let's hope (Bush, e.n.) will agree to start a process of bilateral negotiation regarding Romania, ' Basescu said late on Monday, on TVR 1 public television.
