Prime Minister Calin Popescu-Tariceanu will meet U.S. President George W. Bush, German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown and U.N.
Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon on the occasion of the NATO Summit to be held
in Bucharest.
Tariceanu will meet President Bush on the last day of the summit –Friday at the Victoria Palace and they will make press statements after the meeting. The talks between Prime Minister Tariceanu and President Bush will include the economic cooperation of the two states, but also the cooperation on such areas as infrastructure, energy and environmental protection.
